SL panels for clean rooms are composed of an insulating core and metallic cladding, applied as walls, dividing walls and self-supporting modules for clean rooms.

General characteristics

Clean, impervious surfaces, without grooves or gaps and protrusions;
Washable and easy to clean
It has rounded wall-ceiling and wall-floor joints.
Presentation in light colors to better reflect and distribute artificial light
Resistant to the action of the main sanitary agents

Lining characteristics

Smooth panels in galvanized and pre-painted steel sheets or plates in thicknesses of 0.5, 0.65 and 0.8 mm, in the standard color white RAL9003 (other colors on request).
Smooth panels in brushed stainless steel sheets with a thickness of 0.8 mm.

Insulation Characteristics

EPS (expanded polystyrene)- manufactured in continuous machines, with a minimum density of 20 kg/m3.
PUR (polyurethane)- injected with high pressure heads, with a density of 37 kg/m3 to 42 kg/m3
PIR (polyisocyanurate)- approved by the American insurer Factory mutual in class 1. With a density of 37 kg/m3 to 42 kg/m3
LDR (rock wool)- fireproof, with a minimum density of 80 kg/m3

Insulating thicknesses 50 mm, 75 mm and 100 mm.

It is manufactured in 1.14 effective width and up to 15 meters in length.
